I am pleased to announce that Ms. Louann DeCoursey has purchased the Panhandler’s Pizza trademark, recipes and procedures.
Louann is a former employee of mine who worked many years for me as a manager. She has extensive restaurant experience and is co-owner-operator with her husband Mike Piotraschke, of Tortilla Marissa’s, a very popular and successful local Mexican restaurant. We are both very excited about this as her background and love for Panhandler’s Pizza are deep.
She has a location picked out here in Fort Collins and is planning to open sometime towards the end of November. There will be some familiar faces there as she plans to interview some of our current employees.
Please give her some suggestions for Panhandler’s 2.0!

For over four decades, we have specialized in serving a unique pan-style pizza, served by-the-pie or by-the-slice. Our pizza begins with dough and sauce made fresh daily right on the premises. We top each pizza with 100% real, Wisconsin whole-milk Mozzarella cheese. Each one is carefully prepared by our friendly and helpful staff in a pleasant and casual environment. We invite you to try Ft. Collins' oldest pizza restaurant.
Our pies are made with a pastry-like dough which must be baked slower than a regular pizza. They take about 30 minutes but your wait will be worthwhile. If you are going to dine in our restaurant, you might want to call ahead with your order to minimize your wait.
Each day, we feature one of our Specialty Pies by the slice! Our slice roster is made up of 4 of our most popular pizzas which we rotate daily from 11:30am - 1:30pm Wed - Fri and 12pm - 2pm on weekends.
